    Best cocktails I ever had in a long time the mixologist is great the best I have so far seen in BC and the food is to die for at reasonable price

    Completely renovated, best food and view in Comox Valley. Innovated drink menu, a cocktail at AQUA Bistro is a must!

    View was fantastic and all but this review is about the food. Appetizers were alright but the main course had issues. The meat in particular was quite overcooked, the medium rare steaks were a solid medium at best and my rare lamb was a medium, nearing medium well. Possibly the thing that irritated me the most was that when I brought up my lamb being over cooked I was told that the "Chef cooks this dish to perfection to ensure the most tender and flavorful meal possible" if rare was not an option, being told while ordering would have been appropriate. Your mileage may vary but overdone or not, the meal didn't leave me terribly impressed elsewise either.
